If the products fall short of these expectations, we want to treat you fairly throughout the exchange process.
- Non-perishable products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original, unopened condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Contact Customer Service to arrange return shipping.
- Perishable products are not exchangeable. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact Customer Service with the following information.
- Order number for the item
- Date of arrival
- Email address
- Condition of item at time of arrival
- Detailed explanation and photo(s) of the issue
- Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
- Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately at 1-574-825-4032.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Rise’n Roll Gift Card. When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund only on a Rise’n Roll Gift Card. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price on a Rise’n Roll Gift Card. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.)
